June of 2019…looked at couple places and a friend owns DBG in Richmond and OP had the similar family feel and drive

Half Murph was the one that i have personal ties to so more than just a workout
What were/are your goals and how has CrossFit and OP helped you accomplish them?
two of my goals were pullups and rope climb and have gotten both thanks to my awesome coaches

Crazy thing is i really like rowing now

the fact the I’ve lost 10% of Body Fat and almost have abs lol
