Our coaches at CrossfitOP aren’t only certified CrossFit trainers, they are also highly skilled, experienced, and qualified instructors in many other areas of health, fitness and athletic performance! We offer many different programs throughout the year for all ages and all fitness levels!

Have some weaknesses you’d like to work on? Want to finally get that muscle up?! Want more consistency with your pull ups, chest to bars, and toes to bar? This 6-week program covers all of the basic strength exercises needed for improving your core strength, upper body strength, and gymnastic skills to help you be more consistent in workouts and hit some new PRs!
Once you purchase the program, you will have access to it FOREVER! You can test, retest, and repeat this programming with continually progressed skills, weights, resistance and assistance.
You will also have access to a PRIVATE FACEBOOK GROUP for everyone who is completing this program where you can post videos and get quick feedback from our coaches on how to improve your movements, advance or scale, or make adjustments so you see the best progress possible!
You are free to complete this program in your own time, wherever you’d like, on whatever schedule works best for YOU! It is convenient, it is productive, and provides everything you need to know for getting started; from warm ups to combining the program with regular Crossfit classes!

Nutrition is the BIGGEST factor in seeing progress from all the hard work you’re putting in at the gym. You could be missing out on hitting that PR, completing your first Rx workout, reaching your goal weight, or just feeling AMAZING in your workouts and in everyday life!
Consultations take about 1 hour in which Danielle will learn about your current habits and your goals, figure out the best plan for you, and help you start making changes immediately to start seeing progress! She specializes in balancing Macronutrients (proteins, carbs and fats which all make up Calories) and if appropriate she will send you our with your Macro goals that will help you reach your goals!
What do they all have in common? They are all equally passionate about helping YOU reach your performance and fitness goals!
If you’ve got a specific goal you’d like to achieve – PRing a lift, achieving your first pull up, muscle up or handstand push up, improving your MetCon efficiency – our coaches can help you work on those exact movements and skills in your session! Or, for even better progress, they can create a program to work on with you weekly! (Discounts are available for packages of 12 and 24 sessions!)
If you don’t have any particular goal but just want to get FITTER, STRONGER and HEALTHIER, we can design a program perfectly individualized towards your needs, around any injuries, and perfectly fitting to your current fitness level.
