Our coaches at CrossfitOP aren’t only certified CrossFit trainers, they are also highly skilled, experienced, and qualified instructors in many other areas of health, fitness and athletic performance! We offer many different programs throughout the year for all ages and all fitness levels!

Starting Monday, August 17th, drop your kids off at CrossFitOP with Coach Lindsey Bomba from 9am-12pm!
There will be games, fun, crafts, education and of course, workouts! Your kids will learn the importance of exercise, understanding their body, healthy foods and being a good teammate.
In this current time, we understand safety is of utmost importance. We willfollow spacing requirements, coaches will follow the mask mandate, and thorough cleaning will be done between each activity.
Camp is 5 days long, Monday through Friday, 9am-12pm every day.

Our in-house Nutrition Coach will help you create a nutrition and lifestyle plan that fits you and your goals.
All levels of experience are welcomed to join as we will meet you right where you are, whether that means improving the basics or detailed tracking of macronutrients.

Nutrition is the BIGGEST factor in seeing progress from all the hard work you’re putting in at the gym. You could be missing out on hitting that PR, completing your first Rx workout, reaching your goal weight, or just feeling AMAZING in your workouts and in everyday life!
Consultations take about 1 hour in which Danielle will learn about your current habits and your goals, figure out the best plan for you, and help you start making changes immediately to start seeing progress! She specializes in balancing Macronutrients (proteins, carbs and fats which all make up Calories) and if appropriate she will send you our with your Macro goals that will help you reach your goals!
What do they all have in common? They are all equally passionate about helping YOU reach your performance and fitness goals!
If you’ve got a specific goal you’d like to achieve – PRing a lift, achieving your first pull up, muscle up or handstand push up, improving your MetCon efficiency – our coaches can help you work on those exact movements and skills in your session! Or, for even better progress, they can create a program to work on with you weekly! (Discounts are available for packages of 12 and 24 sessions!)
If you don’t have any particular goal but just want to get FITTER, STRONGER and HEALTHIER, we can design a program perfectly individualized towards your needs, around any injuries, and perfectly fitting to your current fitness level.
