This invigorating class is for those that are 45 and above.

We focus on offering a safe environment with a great workout offering cardio, balance, mobility and strength.

We make the necessary adjustments if there are specific issues that may be pre-existing. Come give this great workout a try and see what you think. This is life changing!

CrossFitOP Legends (Ages 45 – 90)

It’s never too late to get in the best shape of your life! This class for those who are oer 45 is very doable yet Just because it’s called Legends class doesn’t mean it’s easy. It will push you in a positive safe way! Legend class means we are very deliberate with our programing to make sure you get a great workout with less stress on the body.

The beauty of this class is you are able to try out regular classes too!!

Our commitments to Legends:

We promise to approach this fitness program modifying those movements that may be tougher on the joints and body mechanics.
We also focus a lot on mobility and agility so that when you move you move with ease.
We strengthen your core so that when you ask your body to lift even light weight, you will be ready to pick it up without straining yourself.
We offer nutrition coaching for you also if you need some fine tuning.
Lighter weight is used to build muscle and work on the core. We use Dumbbells and perform some barbell work as well.
We deliver conditioning work yet make sure we don’t over do it with intensity.
We want to increase your quality of life so we focus on the basic movements like squats, deadlifts, carrying things and pulling things
Most of all deliver a fun uplifting environment while we are getting you in better shape!!
