CrossFitOP Programs:

Everyone’s experience at CrossFit OP will be slightly different depending on their current fitness level, personal goals, and preferences. We offer one-on-one, small-group, and group coaching.

All of our One-on-One and Small-Group Coaching packages include unlimited access to our Group Coaching sessions.

We find that the most successful approach is to utilize a combination of individualized coaching and program design to fine tune their mechanics, address specific deficiencies and/or attain unique performance goals with the spirit, community and camaraderie that naturally develops in our Group Coaching sessions.


Essentials is our Introductory CrossFitOP course that we REQUIRE for ALL new CrossFitters. These sessions will allow us to evaluate your fitness level as well as take precautionary safety measures to adjust movements specifically for you. It offers a starter foundation for new athletes as well as a detailed review of CrossFit movements to include all barbell lifts and body weight movements. The structure of these Essentials Classes are ONE-ON-ONE [5] 30-minute classes. These can be done consecutively such that two classes can be pulled together to complete a 1-hour class.

Upon completion of Essentials, you can then sign up for our membership.

SMALL GROUP ESSENTIALS – $159 per person

Small Group Essentials is much like our One-on-One Essentials with the difference being that you can request to be coached with family members or friends. This option is perfect for couples, family duos (mother/son, father/daughter for example), and even friends who want to get started together. It’s a great way to have accountability in order to stay consistent when you start!


One-on-One Coaching is an incredibly effective way to achieve your individual fitness goals. Your coach will work with you to identify and clarify your fitness goals, conduct a brief assessment, and design a personal program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths. One-on-one coaching is recommended if you have been sedentary for a long period of time, are training for a specific sport or event, have significant health limitations or just prefer the additional attention and accountability.

Pricing: Our personal coaching package prices vary depending on the number and duration of coaching sessions, but can be arranged for as little as $60 per hour. We have packages ranging from one session per month to four sessions per week. Group Coaching is offered Monday through Friday in the morning, afternoon, and evening, and Saturday and Sunday mornings. Members pay a monthly membership and may attend any Group Coaching session that fits within their schedule. A CrossFitOP coach will instruct all members of the group through mobility drills, a skill-based warm-up, strength component, and the Workout of the Day (WOD).

Pricing: Our group coaching membership is $150 per month for unlimited classes. Although we do not require a monthly contract, should you need to change your membership in any way, we do require a 30-day advanced notice stating your name and effective date, all of which must be emailed to dianne@crossfitop.com as well as a one-month payment processed after the written notice.


Our Ladies NEW YOU Program is a Six-Week Challenge we offer periodically throughout the year. It is available on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6:15 am, 1 pm, and 6:30 pm. This program is for women who are ready to change their life by ridding the excuses and taking the next step towards a healthier lifestyle! We provide a seminar as well as valuable resources on Nutrition, Body Composition, and Accountability to encourage you throughout the six-week process. If you want to make a life-changing decision, this one is for you, ladies!


Our in-house Nutrition Coach, Danielle Kearns, will work with you individually to help you reach your health and performance goals through calculated, science-based nutrition practices. Balancing your eating habits with the hard work you’re putting in at OP is vital to your overall success. Coach Dani offers a variety of program levels depending on your current diet practices and lifestyle; whether you are starting with the basics or need help with which specific macronutrients you should be eating, we have the help you need to break through your health and fitness plateaus and not only perform your best but also live your life to the fullest.
