Vital Signs offers a boot camp style workout with NO Barbells focused on all fitness levels. This class is for those that want to become stronger leaner and faster. Our goal with this regimen is to offer a fast paced doable workout that will make you sweat, lose body fat and get you looking the way you hope to look!
